Repairs and Cleanings

This is where we differ from the other guys; we will professionally install and service all the gas logs, inserts and outdoor grills that we sell. Then, in the event you ever need service on anything we installed, we are factory authorized to service the brands we install. There is no need to try and find a reputable service technician. We will not just sell you the product and send you on your way; we are here for you in the future. We also provide yearly cleanings and inspections (which is manufacturer recommended) on your gas logs.

Cleanings and Inspections

The manufacturer recommends that your gas log set is cleaned and inspected on an annual basis for proper operation. We suggest late August and early September as the best time to have your log set serviced before the heating season starts. An example of our Cleaning and Inspection process for a Vented

Gas Log Set is as follows:

Clean and Inspect Logs and Burner
Clean and replace sand or vermiculite as needed
Check flame pattern
Inspect and clean pilot and thermocouple
Test and cycle log set for proper opertation
Test and replace batteries (for wireless controled log sets)
